As Laura says, that one's been around a long time in internet years.
The one that's driving me nuts currently is the redefinition of "actionable" to mean "something you can do," as in the book published by another division of my company, Actionable Web Analytics

Actually, I use actionable all the time, in the secondary sense: "Relating to or being information that allows a decision to be made or action to be taken."
That is, I'm trying to tell some marketing guy why his print ad done as a web page isn't working and I'll fall into saying something like "We need to make the page actionable. What should the user DO at this point?"
I haven't started abusing "utilize" yet, though.
And while "webinar" sounds nasty, at least it is roughly comprehensible.
